Recto, [no inscription]; Verso, typed label: BLACK HORSES FOR THE HOUSEHOLD CAVALRY – A GIFT FROM HOLLAND. / Sixteen fine black horses are now undergoing training at a military / depot at Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. They are part of a gift / of thirty blacks and six greys presented by the Dutch Government / to the Household Cavalry, as a token of gratitude for the / liberation of Holland.
