Nine steel spheres, each 59 ft. in diameter are connected by 20 tubes 10 ft. across and 59 to 72 feet long. The spheres on the lower level have / been leased to various nations. The Soviet Union and Germany have each / taken a whole sphere. U.S. has rented half a floor.
