One of the buildings used for previous (1935) fairs, gets / a face lift. Inside are being prepared facilities for the reception of / the 35 million visitors expected. Elaborate preparations are being made / for the welfare of visitors: they include daytime hotel, where one can / bathe, and a post office and telegraph office, a bank, travel enquiry / bureau, a left luggage office, shops (incl. pressing service and hair / dresser), a snack bar and restaurant not to mention typists, interpretors [sic.], / guides (Parking for 30,500 cars and 1000 coaches.) 12 seat helicopters / will land beside the bldg.
