Recto, [no inscription]; Verso, typed [on adhered label]: BRUSSELS’ BEST-DRESSED CITIZEN – “THE MANNEKEN”. / The famous “Manneken of Brussels”, fashioned in 1619 by the sculptor / Jerome Duquesnoy the Elder as a fountain for the Rue de l’Eture, has / since acquired about 100 uniforms, mostly to mark historic / occasions.
