These people, who have their origins in the rice-deficit / areas of central Vietnam, are being relocated by their Government / to get them to more productive – and secure – areas. / An advance party of leaders from within the refugee / group came early to the van Son relocation site, four kilometers / from Phan Rang in Ninh Thuan province.
