Infections are the biggest problem / and much of the time spent away from emergency operations is spent in / debriding infectied wounds of paitents who have already been operated on. / It simply is impossible to maintain sterility under conditions in the hospital / wards for the Vietnamese ward nurses are not trained professionally and / really have no concept of the importance of sterility.
